My children love Dr. Shih and so do I. From start to finish of treatments everything is smooth sailing. You are first informed of what needs to be done, your insurance is contacted to let you know how much they will cover and what if any out of pocket cost you will be responsible for. Dr. Shih and the staff are all kid friendly and make it a point to talk to the children to make sure they are comfortable and explain to them on their level what they can expect during the visit. My children were very timid about having to go to the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Shih and staff they can't wait to go!

We do not want to go this office. For them, primary importance is own profit. They charged unexpected fee of unknown treatments. Because we are not professional and have no evidence not to have any treatments, we needed pay everything they charged. Again, please take care if you go to this dentistry.
