Most of the time I go to eat to Taco Bell on E Joppa rd.the cashier who was working there today evening shift she got that good personality an a good customer service.

I went to this Taco Bell's drive through on Memorial day. Obviously, I didn't expect much of a wait. I was wrong. The gentleman on the intercom was very nice and told me he would be with me in a second. I waited about 4-5 minutes and finally yelled, "hello??", into the microphone. The gentleman again told me he would be with me in a second. By this time, cars were lined up around the building (once you're in the drive through, you're stuck. There's no way to get out) and I was growing impatient. I told him that it had already been about a billion seconds and I couldn't continue to wait. The man took my order and I drove around. The man working was so nice and so apologetic, that I actually felt bad for having an attitude. He offered me a drink and several other items to make up for it. More fast food service workers should be like this man. In fact, all people in customer service should be. Taco Bell should be very proud to have an employee like him :-)
