General Info

Dr. Sharps graduated from Hampton University with a B.S. in chemistry. She earned an M.D. from Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and her fellowship in nephrology at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Prior to joining LifeBridge Health, Dr. Sharps was an instructor in medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Following this, she was an assistant professor of medicine and assistant program director for the internal medicine residency program at Jefferson Medical College. Most recently, Dr. Sharps was an internal medicine physician with Main Line Primary Care at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. Dr. Sharps is a member and fellow of the American College of Physicians.
