Product : Compact Round MirrorNot a very pleasent experience . Was shopping for my friends Bday and liked this small mirror . Placed the order online .First of all the whole website experience was bad . Their website does not have the option of entering promotional codes or gift cards . So I called up customer service , the lady took my order over the phone ( took about 25 mins , yeah that long ) . She took the order successfully . Asked if I would get an email telling me what the order # and how I can track it . Orders placed over phone cannot be tracked online . Anyways , I happily took what I got ( I liked the product , so I was holding on to all this ) . But then after 2 days when I wrote them an email asking them whats the status of my order ( noticed that they had charged my Credit card ) , came to know that the order would take about 12-14 days .
