First introduced in 1988 in Honolulu by the James Beard award-winning chef, Roy Yamaguchi, Roy s has become known throughout the world for its Hawaiian fusion cuisine that features local ingredients, European sauces and Asian spices. The restaurant serves a selection of appetizers, entrees, wines, cocktails and desserts. It additionally hosts several private dining events and business meetings. The restaurant also sells gift cards for various occasions. It operates more than 30 outlets in the United States, Hawaii, Japan and Guam. Roy s has a location in Baltimore and is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits, and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally.

Had a casual dinner at Roy's and was blown away by the food. The Lobster Potstickers & Chicken Spring Rolls were awesome. The Butterfish lived up to reputation that I had heard about. The Surf & Turf Roll was out of the world. I will come back just for that alone. The wines and cocktails were nice also. A five star meal for sure. The bar & wait staff was professional and friendly.
