TEMA Oil and Gas Company is engaged in the exploration, production and exploitation of oil and gas properties. Gateway Gathering and Marketing Company, which was formed in 1989, provides purchasing and reselling of natural gas and crude oil. The company provides products to industrial end users, commercial customers and utilities that serve markets located in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Gulf Coast and Midwest regions, as well as the state of California. Rosemore s acquisition, transportation and marketing of natural gas and crude oil is handled though a joint venture with EnerTrade. Rosemore is headquartered in Baltimore.
