I had gone to another braiding salon just down the road and they were supposed to open at 9. I sat there for at least an hour and a half and no one showed up. I had called to see if maybe someone was inside and got no answer. Later when I went to Quality Hair Braiding, I walked right in and one of the braiders sat me down and began my braids. After about 20 minutes of starting my hair, the people from the other salon had finally arrived at work and had the nerve to call my cell phone; at 11:30, 2 and a half hours after they were supposed to open.
