Absolutely horrible experience today. The customer service by most of the employees here is what I would describe as the perfect example of what NOT to do. Chris & Will just continually answered the phone, cutting off their conversations with customers in front of them, only to put them on hold, and then not pick the phone back up. Before I had even come into the store, we had tried calling 3 times, each time being put on hold for 10-15 minutes before being hung up on, and having to call back. I spent over 3 hours in the store because no one knew anything about what was going on with my vehicle, and when I finally got to checkout, they were charging double what they had told me initially! When I inquired as to why, that's when an agent that had just come in looked into it and found that they had installed the WRONG TIRE on my vehicle. I was only in there to have the one tire replaced!
