Pinnacle of all Chinese food I've had so far. After the hustle and bustle of walking around the city, it was such a warm cozy environment to walk into for our late lunch. Our hostess mirrored this warmth well in service also. After a sigh of relief towards the menu prices (we'd spent more on our Baltimore visit than we intended) our order came fast, hot and fresh. By fresh I mean they know how to cook vegetables with the right amount of firmness and flavour. Simply put, when they're cooked to death, I cannot bear to eat them. Mandarin Chicken too was cooked flawlessly with an insanely delicious balance of black bean and red pepper. It's worth noting this is a difficult balance to strike and every single time I've had this before it was too overpowering with either ingredient or sweetness. Mini dessert Tres Leche Lemon was a perfectly sweet finisher, not tart at all. I have a new favourite place for a fantastic meal in Baltimore. It is P.F. Chang's.
