We established the firm in 1995 with the primary goal of providing efficient, cost-effective, high quality legal representation to regional and national lenders in commercial loan and related transactions. Since that time, we have continued to provide an attractive alternative to lenders looking for large firm expertise with the flexibility, responsiveness and market-based fees afforded by a small firm. Our clients include lenders throughout the region, from small, local thrift institutions to national banks. We also act as local counsel on real estate and lending matters, represent individuals in estate planning matters, and assist entrepreneurs in establishing and maintaining businesses.
