Monument Place Apartments located in the heart of Mt. Vernon is an elegant preservation of historic architecture blended with design. No two apartment are quite alike in floor plan, size, light sources, storage or architectural features, each apartment is an original. Convenient to the campuses of UB, MICA and Johns Hopkins University and our tenants feel safe and secure with our state of the art electronic entry system. Most of our units have wood burning fireplaces; but all of the units are installed with plush wall to wall carpet, and individual washer and dryers. All of our kitchens are equipped with eye-level microwave ovens abovethe range, 4 cycle dishwashers, 1/3 H.P. garbage disposals, continuous-cleaningelectric range and 16 cu.ft frost free refrigerator/freezers. All the unitshave central heat and air conditioning and are prewired for telephone andcable. The tenant is responsible for the electric and Monument Place Apartmentstakes care of the water expenses and trash pick ups.
