Office furnishings show wear, office is old looking. The exam chair in 1 room rocks when you shift your weight. Dr. gave novacaine shot without first numbing gum with a numbing gel. Did not fully explain procedure and possible side-effects. I have a numb area of lip after surgery. Chair side manner is excellent, very comforting.
