Here's a run-down of my recent visit:--The office was dirty, cramped and completely w/o privacy.--The staff barely acknowledged me.--After waiting for over an hour, I sat in the chair listening to "Dr." Collins talk with his interior decorator about reflooring. When I asked to be seen, he told me it was his office and if I didn't like it, I could leave.I did leave.
