on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a 0 in the loan department because if you don't have A one credit you can forget about getting a loan it dose not matter how long you been a member,and if you have direct deposit or not even if you had a loan with them a paid it back it does not matter and I fill it does not look out for the members as will as it should because it suppose to be about the members so what good does it do to have my money going there if I can"t get a little help when I need it that"s one of the reason I became a member some ten years ago I thought the member came first not all the red tape B.
