Never had a problem in the 3years that I been going to Luxe hair and nail salon on 33rd street, Tony and Lee are the best

Got my nails done Friday and by Saturday it was already chipping... It's gel it's not supposed to chip immediately. And it was done pretty sloppy, you can see the gel is bumpy. I appreciate them taking walk-ins and being Covid compliant but I thought it would be more quality work. My friend got her nails done by Tony and it was perfect and flawless and even added gems that refuse to come off even when my friend shoved her groceries in the trunk lol so I guess it's hit or miss with the nail techs. I paid 98$ for gel Mani pedicure and brows but it doesn't seem worth $45 for gel manicure that doesn't even last a day.

Very unorganized the staff members nail techs are unprofessional. Their mannerism is very disrespectful. Customer service is 0 what day on Valentine's Day for service and it was a complete mess.

I love the service I received here time and time again.

The lady that sits @ #17 booth does a wonderful job on my hands. Everyone is so pleasant when u go there.

I have been going to Lux since they open Tee and Andy are awesome they always make you feel like family I say they really are a 10 star business when I loss my husband they felt my pain and made sure I was ok every time I came in Love you Guys Lisa

July 16, 2012 was the first time at Lux Nail Spa and Hair Salon. It was a good experience and i will be going back.

I love lux nail spa. It is a relaxing environment be in while getting excellent service. Tee n Andy makes u feel like friends not just a customer.

Wonderful experienced for the first time at Lux Nails. Andy made my nails looks so much better then my previous nails done by their competitor. So I decided to get pedicures done here also, It was THE PEDICURES and am talking about the best pedicures ever they made my feet felt like my sweet sixteen birthday, my feet felt so soft after the massive skin been removed and leg massages made me felt to sleep on a chair. Thank You Lux I definitely return with my family next time.. Got Try Them Out people....Wonderful
