Ive eaten at Lebanese Taverna Baltimore several times in the past, and have attended networking functions there also. It seemed natural from my previous experiences that it would be the perfect place for the wedding rehearsal dinner at our sons recent wedding. I contacted Ms. Susan Gordon of the event planning department, and from Day One it was OK. Ms. Gordon replied to my email inquiries in a very timely manner, made a very professional presentation of my choices, spoke to the Lebanese Taverna wine steward to select wines and by the time we arrived there, I felt I had still had nothing to be concerned about. The fact that Ms. Gordon was there to meet and greet us was a fantastic added plus and I was so glad I got to reacquaint myself with her and thank her in person. I cannot begin to tell yall about the dedication to service at Lebanese Taverna. If the first class cuisine wasnt enough, rarely have I had such first class attention! From the hostess, to our two dedicated servers, the runners from the kitchen, even the one waiter who was called into service only lone time, we were made to feel the way diners should feel the reason they were there. For that I congratulate and thank the management for having found such well-motivated and well-trained people. I do believe that any of my guests needs were truly catered to. Each place setting had an individual menu at it, personalized with our childrens names an added touch that meant so much to me. There are not he words to describe the food. From the handling of our special needs for a couple of rituals, to the absolutely addictive honey desserts, nothing could have been better. I have found no better hummus in Baltimore than at Lebaese Taverna, and it was plentiful. The rest of the appetizers, and Surprise!, wings were outstanding. We ate so much that when the beautifully prepared and presented entrees arrived we were already full. I had the mixed grill, my wife had a salmon dish, many of our guests had a schwarma platter, and I could tell by the quiet at the table, that the food was fantatstic it was the kind of quiet you have when you want to savor great tastes. The empty plates the wait staff was bussing back to kitchen told the rest of the story. Special requests were brought out, even if they were not on our original menu. Even in a big dining room, we were screened off for privacy but not enclosed, just enough, not too much. I was sorry to see the dinner end, I felt like I was leaving behind new found friends and family from the Lebanese Taverna. To sum up, if you love the cuisine of the Near East, want to have a stress free event, want to feel what it is like to be treated as special (even for your own personal dining) then I would recommend (5 Stars) Lebanese Taverna in Baltimore. You will not be disappointed and will be amazed.

We have been there twice and are returning. The first was a party of 30, the second for two.Both times: good food, good atmosphere, friendly and prompt service, attention to detail.Do not be afraid to try any thing on the menu.
