My salesman, Brad Jones was great, answered all my questions. Finance manager, Bong Lee was also very wonderful, all paper works were all explained clearly & quick. People say it takes all day to buy a car, it only took me only less than 3 hours! I looked at cars, test drove, looked at my other options & so on!

This was our first experience at Russel Toyota. Dave Day the sales person was very personable and was easy to talk with. He knows the car business and told us to call him once we left if we had any questions or concerns. He also said that he would assist us in getting rid of an old Volvo that we currently have. He and my husband engaged in talk the entire time. We didn't feel rushed and we didn't feel as though the sale of the car was all he wanted. Raphael, your finance person was also very personable. He took his time, explained all of the papers in detail, and answered any questions that we had in detail. He also said that we could call him if we had any questions. What drew us to your dealership was the price of the cars. We had been on line comparing prices of cars from the various dealerships and Russel beat them all. I will certainly share my experience at Russel with friends and family and encourage them to first of all visit you on line and then visit you in person, glad I did

Our sales person Tim was great. He spent a lot of time helping us with the car and hooking up the phone and showing us everything about the car. The process took longer than expected. Buying cars in the past (at other dealerships) I did not have to go from office to office to get paperwork filled out and people try to sell me more things for the car..
