I came in because of a car I saw on facebook. When I got there, I was kindly greeted by Tom who is the owner. I told him what I came for but he told me that car was being tested out for the weekend by someone who was probably going to buy it and offered to show me some other cars he had that might fit my needs. I was looking for a convertible with tan leather seats and room for 4. They had a Pontiac G6, a VW Beatles and a Mini Cooper that all fit the bill even though the Volvo was probably not available. I had been looking at a lot of cars prior to this and saw a few after including a Toyota dealership. The cars being sold be individuals for the most part had something wrong as given away by an engine or airbag light. At the Toyota dealership they were just very pushy and trying to get me to spend more money on something I didn't really want. Tom however was very laid back, have multiple vehicles I was interested in, in great shape, great price and inspected. After having dealt with so many other people, I bought my wife and daughter back to the dealership in the evening. They normally close at 7pm, I called and let them know I would get there around 6:50 and they said that was fine. We took the Mini and the G6 out for a spin on the highway. I was surprised how much I would like the Mini and my wife and daughter did too. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that evening. I have bought several cars in the past and normally takes half a day to do everything. Not here! From the time I said I wanted to buy it, till the time I drove away was probably 20min and that includes calling my insurance company to have them add the car to my policy.The next time I am in the market for another car, (given that it isn't for a new all electric Tesla or similar) I will definitely just go back to them.
