I came in around noon to order a vanilla milkshake with malt. There were 8 women milling behind the counter, not speaking English. One young woman was sweeping in the area where milkshakes are prepared. After several minutes a woman took my order and instructed a younger woman to fix the vanilla malt. The young woman did not wash her hands or wear gloves s she began to fix the shake. I asked her if she was planning to do either and she replied that she usually doesn't do that! Meanwhile, sweeping was occurring right by the open shelves (below counter level) that held the container of malt powder that was not properly covered! Needless to say I cancelled my order. The health department needs to look into this! If 0 stars were possible that's what I would sign to the rating.
