Our heat went out and while everyone else couldn't get to us for at least 2 weeks, BMC was to the rescue in less than 2 hours! The technician who came out was extremely helpful as not only did he fix my heat, he taught me all about the heating system itself and the cause of it's failure. BMC coordinated with me over the phone as to when they would be at my house so I didn't have to take off of work all day. They were extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.
