I ordered over a thousand dollars worth of faucets and dispensers from this company DBA Designer House Jewelry in November. The dispensers arrived.The faucets did not until 12/21/06 in a badly damaged carton that I returned via UPS. Bath Time received the package on 1/5/07. I have not heardanything, nor has my account been credited for the $747 of faucets I returned. You cannot reach them by telephone because their customer servicenumbers mail box is "full" and not taking any messages. I have tried email as well as telephone. I'm not even sure they exist any more. DO NOTREPEAT MY EXPERIENCE!!!! By the way, I have been shopping via the Internet for many years and this is the first BAD EXPERIENCE I have ever had online.
