Where do I start? Our furnace went out completely after 21 years (yes, we know it was time) We waited about a month to get several quotes from compatible businesses in the area. Amazing gave an honest assessment of the job and gave an extremely reasonable price! Then, came installation day for a new furnace and AC unit. Vince and his partner came before 8am and were at my house until after 8:45pm. There was some issues with the wiring of the thermostat. Yes, they could have left the faulty wiring and went home on time. But they didn't. They cared more about safety and honest work more than a quick buck! Fast forward to 9pm and they still wanted to walk us through the entire system inside and out! Not once did they complain, huff and puff or have a look of annoyance. They were polite, professional and did all their work with a smile. This is the first Yelp I have ever written. Why? Because their business and professionalism has superseded our expectations and we couldn't be more grateful for our heat! Thanks Amazing!
They are very professional, reliable, honest, and they have greeat customer service! Andrew & Ashley are great to work with! They have come to my house for emergency calls and also have done some installation work for me! I'm always happy with work and the price!
