The thing that stood out to me in our recent purchase was that the dealer, Carl Schaeffer, and the finance person, Rick Richard, demonstrated that they actually cared about the customer. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend them and their dealership to anyone.

I am 74 years old and have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime! I walked in to take a look at the new VW Passat and an hour and a half later I had a new one thanks to Scott Roberts.
