There are very few companies that we will rate as a 5 star company. Our philosophy is, your company has to go beyond just being good. Grangers heating and Air is such a company. From the initial contact to after the completed project and follow-up customer service, this company gets it right! During the pre project stage Mr. Roger Granger Jr. answered every question completely and in terms that we could understand. We were provided with a complete audit of our A/C needs and the options that were available to us. The company then provided a complete bid package outlining several package options. I might add that this bid package was presented on the date that we were promised. We would highly recommend Grangers to anyone who is looking to install new, update or troubleshoot a competitors system. Yes they do that too! Thank you Granges staff and employees. It was a real pleasure to do business with a company that still believes in honesty and integrity in business.
