I had great experience in this store. I don't agree with the first review and maybe because it was a year ago but i had great success there. I bought a bridal gown there and when i was being consulted, the woman was very patient and understanding. I was helped in my gown and told plenty of information on the gown i was wearing. She also told me about a seamstress that was in store and they was convenient for me where i could leave my dress there. It bothered me to see such a bad review because i went there myself and it was the complete opposite. I guess it depends on the person's personality but if your looking for a gown of a great price and great quality, you should try it for yourself, i promise you wont be let down.

This is a wholesale bridal place. You get gorgeous designer bridal gowns for real cheap. Yes, you have to be a little more proactive in this place since they are a wholesaler but the service is ok too...although it could be better. The dresses, however, sell themselves. I would use your own tailor though if you have a good one...the tailor that they have is only there a few times a week. Me personally, I loved this place because of the enormous selection of gorgeous bridal gowns, veils, crowns, etc. and I didn't have to go anywhere else...after trying on like 20 dresses...there were 2 or 3 I loved...loved...loved and ended up buying my wedding dress by Allure. If you are patient, you can find the right dress in this place for a decent price!!!

This place was awful. I should have known not to waste my time driving to this place. I called and left a message about a dress I saw on their website - no one ever called me back. I made an appt for Sat at 4pm and when I got there I was placed with a consultant who was already working with another bride. The woman at the front desk was rude and the consultant was clearly not interested in helping me. I felt bad that I had driven 3 hours and dragged 2 of my bridesmaids with me. The dresses picked out were not at all what I had asked for. There was an ant in one of the dresses I was going to try on. One of my girls got bit by something (probably an ant) on her foot. Overall I left very unsatisfied. It was probably the worst experience I've had so for in my search for a bridal gown.
