Aquatic and Fitness Center, located in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., is owned and operated by AquaHab. It employs more than 500 fitness professionals and serves over 15,000 members and patients annually. It specializes in aquatic therapy and provides a complete range of therapeutic techniques. It is a full-service health club and offers advanced cardiovascular and strength equipment, group exercise classes, court sports and customized fitness programs. The center provides water exercises for individuals suffering from arthritis and fibromyalgia. Additionally, it provides various meditative training programs, such as Vinyasa and athletic yoga, mat and allegro pilates, belly dancing and massages. Aquatic and Fitness Center also provides aerobics classes, spinning and a cycling program integrated with music. It also offers sauna and steam baths and water classes, such as Aqua Cardio Kickbox, Yoga Afloat, Aqua Interval and Watershed Education and Training Program. The center also offers health counseling services.
