I currently live in this park and everything is great (i.e. Location, rent, am entities), however, the management is HORRIBLE. They continuously harass the residents about things that does not matter. They're hardly ever open during designated hours. In addition, take well over 3 weeks to approve potential residents. Rent has gone up without forewarning. Many homes that are in the park that are "For sale by owner," are manufactured homes that the park is selling WITHOUT the proper paperwork and taxes that have NOT been paid by the park as they should. On a good note, the park's appearance is well kept thanks to the guys that pick up the trash and keep the plants groomed.

Most people that live here don't have computors so I will place a review here. When I first moved in 3 years ago it was a pretty nice place compared to where I used to live. The bad part of town AKA (The Ghetto) But in the last couple of years it has been going down hill. Managers are letting people let their weeds grow, leaving junk out side. The fences needing work in certain areas, I am rebuilding my fence. My driveway heas been needing resurfacing since I moved in. The owner seems to be doing as little as possible. Managers are rude when you go ask them something. Not to mention the drugs deals that are going on here, The mangers say that a lot of people are not willing topgo with the contract, People hve 3or 4 dags most are bigger than they should be. I wish they would clean up this place.
