Always fixes my problems at a reasonable rate. On time, too!

We try to keep our turn around times as short as possible; however, we are dependent on our suppliers and the availability of the parts needed. This particular customer's TV would have been ready within 5 business days, had one of the PCB we needed had not come in damaged, and was the last in their stock. The replacement PCB had to be back-ordered to the factory. The replacement PCB was on its way when the customer bailed on the repair five weeks after he had brought in the TV. The $40 charge was to cover the return shipping and restocking fee of the parts that we order for his TV. If the part is not available, there is nothing we can do, and getting upset with us will not solve the problem.

Brought my tv in 2 months ago. They said it would be done in the first 2 weeks. The guy I spoke to was really disrespectful so I just asked for my tv back then he charged me an extra $40 so they can return all the parts. They didn't even work on my tv it was just collecting dust over there

Pricing was a little on the high side * for a hundred or 2 more could've bought a brand new TV, but I'm attached to my 7 yr old Vizio & was impressed with the weekend drop off & quick 2 day turn around

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star! Their customer service is horrible and they find any little thing to charge you extra! We took in our TV for a repair, when they brought it back, there were parts missing from our TV and they claimed they did not have them! After I insisted that the TV was missing parts and that they had to take responsibility for it, they hung up on me! DO NOT use this company! They will rip you off! Its a shame to have this kind of customer service when trying to support your local community businesses.
