If I could give no stars I would! I was seen in April 2017. After waiting for an hour asked what was going on and was told they were running a little behind. The front staff was not honest because at that time they were already 3 hrs behind. Was told nothing to eat or drink after midnight my apt was at 130. Once I was taken back at 5 pm the nurse had a hard time getting a vein because it is now 24 hrs since the last time I had anything to eat or drink. My back pain was off the charts as we had to sit and wait in very uncomfortable chairs. Then I heard a conversation between staff regarding some syringes that were all ready prepared wether they were verced or something else apparently the person who drew up the medication had left for the day. That is a little scary! then when the dr parmar came into do the procedure I was not given enoughmedication to help with the pain or anxiety. the dr literally yelled at me like it was my fault they were running 4 hrs behind. He has a very heavy hand and was not gentle at all the worst epidural I have ever had. Felt like I was just a number did not feel like they had our best interest at heart I was just another body to process! If you have a choice on were you can go might think twice on this place
