I contacted Mike on Tuesday. He and his employee arrived more than 90 minutes after the agreed upon time. We were having problems with our refrigerator, it wasn't able to stay below 60 degrees. As we live in our rig, this is an urgent situation. Mike made a couple of adjustments to our cooling system and requested that I call him the following morning between 8-8:30am. (He would be at the campground on Thursday.) I called and left a voice message informing him that the temp in the fridge was holding at 60 degrees. It is now late Thursday night and I have not heard from him! I don't understand the lack of communication and customer service.



Potential clients beware! This is NOT a company that has any regard for the needs of its customers. There is no integrity to be found in this company.



I would NOT recommend Mike's for anything.



What a sad commentary for "Mom and Pop" businesses in the USA.
