We created the Marriage and Family Center to help people with stressful personal and family situations. From the first appointment you and your therapist will focus on the most serious issues you face. Get ready for a very compassionate, yet very "problem-solving" approach as we work together to untangle the knots that keep you stuck. If you are prepared for your life to get better, give us a call. Don't expect to focus much on your past. How you handle your stressful life TODAY will best determine how good tomorrow can be. If you have past issues to explore, we can do that, but expect to quickly shift the focus to improving your life right now. Individuals, couples, and families are all different from one another. You don't have to fit into any certain mold to get help from the Marriage and Family Center. A desire for things to improve is your first step. What are you waiting for?
