General Info

I am the mother of five amazing humans who discovered a passion for decorating while taking a cake decorating class in 2008. Always an avid baker and home cook I decided to feed my 20 year experience with pastry classes and as many decorating classes as I could get my hands on. I have had the extreme pleasure of learning techniques from Chef's Michelle Bommarito, Marina Sousa, Lauren Kitchens, Toba Garrett, Joshua John Russell, James Rosselle, Marsha & Roland Winbeckler, Elisa Strauss, Nicholas Lodge, Collette Peters, & Kaysie Lackey. Fully enthralled in creating art with cakes, I became a Certified Decorating Instructor and began teaching decorating & cooking classes both publicly and privately. I wholeheartedly believe in using real food instead of prepackaged processed foods. It is a passion of mine to show others how easy and beneficial it is to use quality ingredients in baking (and make it beautiful!) I opened Delicious Designs in 2012 with my Partner Lori and have been selling and baking ever since. Sharing the love of art, baking, and family we have found a common ground in friendship and business and have been so blessed to share it with the public. We began renting commercial kitchen space together and now operate independently under Cottage Law Permit. I enjoy the freedom of both being a stay at home Mom and a small business owner. I hope to continue to grow in both aspects, as they are both a part of who I am.
