Came in host didn't even greet us. Didn't even know what to do! His name is Keshawn. I had to tell him table for two then he spoke and said ok an started to walk away . He gave us a booth and it took the waitress 10 min to ask for our drinks. I don't blame the employees, it's the management fault. Will not repeat!

Don't bother with the new one in Bakersfield unless you don't mind hosts/hostesses that don't host/greet, but look at you at say "uh, yah", after you've had to speak to them first, after they've finally finished their conversation with 3 other staff standing around, and none of them bother to even look at you while you're standing there wanting to get a table. Nothing makes for a better first impression of a new establishment than when staff starts sentences with "uh" and act like they could really care less about the customer. After finally giving them my name and getting one of their pagers, we began our wait. They were very busy. We saw that they had between 3-6 available tables in their dining area at any given time while we were waiting, but for whatever reason weren't seating anyone at 3 of them at least. Had plenty of staff though, saw them all standing around in groups talking to one another. Finally after 30 min. of waiting for a table, we left. When my husband gave them their pager back, not one word from the host. Not "I'm sorry, we're really busy, please come back again" or anything similar, not even "have a nice evening". Just took the pager, set it down, turned and went back to talking to the other staff hanging around the station, like the customer who was leaving was so unimportant. We weren't the first ones we saw handing their pagers back while we were there either. Is this how "bdubs" trains their new employees??
