The workers are all very nice except for one, the desk manager. Has a horrible attitude and cusses customers out, doesnt want to do her job and treats her workers like trasg That is the only thing that makes me not want to return to the hotel even though I've lived here for 2 months now

we called the western inn so we could be near the Bethany church for a graduation.The girl at the desk seemed very nice,so we payed and went in the room.As soon as we got into the room,we noticed that something was very wrong.It was dirty,had a horrible smell and there was a large tear in the carpet near the bathroom that could have passed as a gunshot.There was a bloody like stain on the bed and the walls had black mole on them.We went to a store to get some airisol spray but it did not help at all.When we realized that we could not sleep in this room,we went back to the front desk to ask them to move us into another room.It was a little better,but I would never return there again.It was horrible.No pillows on the bed,no blankets and it had spider webs hanging from the wall.A horrible experience.We should not have to pay 70 dollars to go into a filthy room.NEVER AGAIN!!!LESSON LEARNED.
