We prefer a design/build approach where all members of the project team are involved early in the design process. This team approach allows us to work with homeowners and architects to gain a detailed understanding of the project parameters and ensure expectations are met. By utilizing the Design/Build process, the project team can collaborate from the inception stage to improve productivity and logistical coordination, problem solve prior to construction, and ultimately reduce overall costs.
