  Additional participants will be an additional $40 per participant per hour, which is a separate transaction. The group leader is responsible for ensuring that all practitioners pay. Intergroup communications about payment of members are not Sandra's responsibility to engage in or bookkeep. The group leader is responsible for scheduling among group members so Sandra has one point of contact

• Individual Consult1 hr: $180.00
  For licensed mental health professionals seeking consultation on such procedures as EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Early Trauma Therapy, and dissociation. Consultation is not supervision. Supervision is for individuals not licensed for independent practice. Please make sure that you communicate whether this consultation is for EMDRIA certification. If so, the content must be the standard protocol, not complex cases, except for screening for dissociative disorders. If the case(s) you wish to consult about are complex and/or dissociative cases, that time is not applicable to EMDRIA certification. For EMDRIA certification, plan on having audio, video or verbatim transcripts of treatment for Sandra's review during consultation. Sessions spent on complex cases cannot be retroactively applied to EMDRIA certification requirements. If consultation is on the phone, you will call 206 855-1133 at the appointment time. On rare occasions you'll need to call back a minute later if I take a call thinking it is you, but it is someone else.
