Decker has been providing trash service on several of my Bacliff properties for the past 2 years, the service is excellent! Much better than the "big" companies. Used their portable dumpster service last month to tear down a house and another dumpster to recycle some trees that needed to be taken down. Again great service!

I paid my bill in cash (big mistake) to the questionable bacliff secretary on my next statement my payment was not received and I could not find my reciept. I should have listen to my intuition. The office lady looked rough and she was very disorganized, there was a large stack of checks on her desk and many had fallen to the ground. My mistake to give anyone like that a cash payment. The service was fine but the accounting was lacking. I never received credit for my payment and I have'nt returned as a customer and I never intend to.

I am happy with my service from Decker. They pickup large stuff as well and save me the trip. I like having my Christmas tree taken away after Jan 14.

I can't speak of their office location, but we haven't had a problem with pick-ups in the 2 years we've been using them. They take pretty much whatever we leave out there and don't leave anything behind, can't ask for much more. They may have missed a week or two over that time...

Reading the reviews was surprised to see my own negative one! I was actually looking for a way to reply to the complaint when I realized it was my own from a few years ago. I would like to officially retract my previous review because I have realized since then that the folks at Decker are human. They actually take the time to explain when there is a problem with pick up schedules. Even the times I've called and gotten a recorded message, the message apologized and explained. I have been very happy with Decker and regret that I apparently reviewed too hastily back in '08.

Deserves NO STAR rating. I should take a picture to upload! (Roadside garbage, an ongoing site) Since I work out of town, I paid for once a week service one month ago. My garbage sat for the first two weeks... yes, piling up from previous week however Decker only picks up 3 cans worth. A week has not passed since doling out my hard earned money that I have not had to call to let them know that my trash is STILL sitting by the curb. Not one of the disposal companies that service Bacliff are worth what they charge. I wish I could charge them for all the phone calls I've had to make to "remind" them that I'm a paid customer and that they should remember to pick up my garbage!
