Took our PitBoxer to Dr. Henely to have his ear sowed up (dog fight). Dr. Henely got on to me for not coming in right away (I waited several days) and he was right to get onto me. He told me what he would do, the likely outcome and a ball park figure as to the cost. I see no issue with his skill or the way they treat the animals. His staff was very nice and reassuring. I'm taking another one of my dogs to him today for neutering.

Most rude and has a horrible way of talking to owners about their pets. Cat's leg appeared broken. He felt leg, said it wasn't but that it appeared neurologically something was wrong. Didn't feel anywhere else on the cat or listen to his chest or anything. Just watched him try to walk. When he found out cat wasn't up to date on rabies, he lectured me for like 10 minutes! I know I should have kept the vaccines up. He said my cat might have rabies, take him home and keep him isolated for 3 days and wait. Its now been about 7 days, another vet here in Azle, examined our cat, listened to him, checked his eyes, turned him on both sides and listened and felt his spine also. He says trauma of some sort on his spine and that the cat appears to have had a stroke. He did more of a complete exam than Dr. Henly. What vet when you suspect rabies sends you home?

They was very very kind to our Gizmo & us! They seemed to really care about helping us help him. They was very fast in getting him to the back and was very gentle with him. They worked out a payment plan that was actually doable and just the over all experience was great! They really truly care about the pets themselves and their owners. Thank you to the staff & Dr. Henley!

We have been taking our pets to the Azle Veterinary Medical Center for almost 15 years. Dr. Henley is a wonderful vet. He genuinely cares for the pets and isnt about making money. He never asks us to get unnecessary tests and tries to keep the costs down without jeopardizing the care of pets. He never makes us feel rushed. He answers all questions thoroughly and spends a great deal of time with us if needed. He will return our phone calls and spends a lot of time answering all our questions. He has even made a house call. His staff is very friendly, helpful, and good with the animals. They treat you like friends, not just another client. We have recommended family and friends to Dr. Henley, and they are as satisfied as we are.
