I have never in my whole life had such a rude and sarcastic person to answer the phone at the DES as I had today. My husband had added myself and son to his case two months ago also have dropped off everything they have requested twice and faxed info too. to this day they still don't seem to have what they asked for so they say. I got hung up on from the gal on the phone. That really upset me and I feel all I am getting is a total runaround and treated as a less than. THIS IS NOT FAIR OR RIGHT AT ALL.
