I bought a cocktail table at Turner's in November 2014. By March 2014, I still had not received my table after 4 promised delivery times. Despite monthly phone calls from me checking on it (apparently their staff can't be bothered with letting you know they can't make their promised delivery time pro-actively), no one noticed that the wrong table had been ordered by them from the furniture manufacturer. SO after waiting 4 months, the wrong table arrived. At this point I was fed up with their poor service and cancelled the order and requested a refund. It took 6 calls and 3 weeks to get that refund. Absolutely horrible service.
