I am not sure if my dog loves it more at home or at Avon Pet Lodge. They are absolutely the best at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone. I travel a lot, so my dog often finds himself in their hands, and I know that they take care of him just as well as I do. The staff is friendly and they spend all their time with the animals. My dog is usually fed and tired when he gets home. They know each animal individually, and know their personalities....they let me know how he did each time I pick him up. I feel like I can never move away from Cleveland, because I have found a real gem in the Avon Pet Lodge. And I am happy to pass on the word.

My mother-in-law hates my cats and vice versa. We have locked the cats in the basement during holiday dinners, but they cry a lot. I have driven past the pet lodge and decided to check them out. At first, they weren't sure they could accommodate me on such short notice. They had one "suite" that had just been cleaned and wouldn't be needed until the next day. I wasn't sure about paying someone to care for my pets. Our Easter was so peaceful, I'll use them again for holidays and vacation. The owners were pleasant and let me know it was cheaper to put both cats in one "suite". Make reservations early. I went in two days before Easter and they were booked solid.
