I wouldn't give one star if giving none was an option. Went just to get my hair trimmed and shaped and the shaping is horrid. I went back and they said my cut was fine, trimmed a little off and the parts of my hair that stuck out still do. I have long curly hair and when it's cut properly it looks perfect no matter what. I was better off with the dead ends. Their explanation for the sides sticking (almost) straight out is because I don't use product. Product isn't something you use to cover up a bad hair cut, and I have tried it. What a waste of money and time. Would never go back or ever recommend it to anyone.
