I am licensed by the State of Indiana, insured with both G/L and E&O Insurance for your peace of mind. I am also Licensed by the Office of Indiana State Chemist (OISC) as a Category 12 WDO & WDI Inspector. I consider it a privilege to be trusted to assist you with your home purchase/sale and we will work together to see that you have a clear understanding of your home's components and their condition at the time of the inspection.
