Have been going here for years and have seen a change lately in the employee responses to customers (would feel like we were a bother to them) and the store is much better organized and easier to navigate. Keep up the good work

love this store, great buys and the staff is great! Always sell what you consign.
I love Consignment Originals and all the staff! Everyone has always gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I have gone to other consignments shops and they don't compare to Consignment Originials therefore I won't shop at any of them. Keep up the great job! Kate Grimaldi

I used to think that the Rocky Hill store was the best in town because of their personalities and friendliness. I think they are getting too big for their bridges and need to recognize that it is because of customers why they have jobs. Most of them give off an persona of they are bothered by us. You are not the only game in town anymore and should return to your "old way" of treating your customers. I notice they are very consumed in staff conversations that are heard across the store, instead of greeting and thanking people for their business. Rocky Hill resident
