Avon Health Center's rehabilitation program provides restorative and therapeutic treatment to individuals who experience acute trauma, sickness or illness, such as nutritional services and neurological conditions. The center's provides recreational activities, such as exercise classes, ceramics and crafts programs and outdoor lawn concerts.
