i.I ordered a section sofa at Natuzzi aventura in the end of Feb 2014. I was told by the sales person that my sofa would be delivered in 4 month. On August 12, 2014(6 months later) i had already forgotten what i ordered. The Ross Delivery shows up at my house with half a sofa?? I was asked to pay a delivery fee!! for what 1/2 a sofa and noone knew where my missing piece was. I spoke to their manager Santos in the warehouse and Joe the Owner of Natuzzi. Joe said we are looking for your missing piece. Is this a joke?? Ok but I was patient. Natuzzi finally located my sofa in north carolina. After speaking with Joe, he said what would you like me to do because of course waiting almost 7 months for a sofa i was very upset. I said you know what just wave my $300 delivery fee. He said done. Today 8/20 Ross delivery service show up again to deliver the other piece and ask me how i want to pay? This is a joke right? In any case Don't believe Natuzzi they dont keep their word on anything the disregard for something so small to satisfy a customer ....they could care less.
