I run a rental property on the islands. I explained to them the urgency of my situation over the phone on 6/17/2012. I arranged for an appointment on 6-21 at 9:00am which gave them four days advance notice for the appointment. On the day they were supposed to show up, I arrived at 8:30 am to make sure that I would be at the property when they arrived. Despite calling 3 times with promises that someone was coming, no one ever showed up. I finally left the house at 4:45 pm after deciding they would not call that day. The following day was friday so I only had 1 day to find a plumber to replace the valve right away at that point. I decided to call them back again first thing in the morning because they had left me without any time to find a new plumber by the next day when my guests were going to check-in. Once again, I was told I would receive a call back from someone that didn't show up.
