I thought Spell's were a good business infact I have been using them over the last 2 years however, I had them over a week ago to look at my system since I was under their service agreement and I was told that some things were not right and they fixed it. In the process there was some water left in my attic and after 2 days it leaked through and damaged my roof and now no one wants to help be responsible for the damages. I was told it was an eight of and inch of water. This company is only good about talking about another company as I heard his workers while they were working bash the people who origanally installed 6 years ago, they are good until they do something wrong and then they wont stand behind their work. I even spoke to the owner Micky or Nicky and his attitude was terrible as well.

I have had Spell install and service multiple units and am always impressed with service after the sale. They are prompt/courteous and fair!

Tommy came out and did a fantastic job servicing my heat for the winter. He is very smart and an exceptional worker.

Bret came out and discussed my options on a new hvac system. He showed me different ways to help me lower my utility bill and stay comfortable all at the same time. What really impressed me was the fact that he did this all on a Saturday when I couldnt get up with my regular company. Thank you Spells for being there!
