We lived here for about 8 months. Electric bill was unprecedented. I would shut a/c breaker completely off in a 1 bedroom apt. and get a 100 dollar electric bill. With the a/c on it was easily 150+. We called maintenance countless times in which it would take a week or two to even be serviced. The a/c units for whatever size apartments were the size to power a studio apartment. We were forced to break our lease after being early every month. We were a week late, called for the late charges and everything, after alerting them we were going to be late and told a check was fine, however after 5 days elapsed we were told we had to leave because they didn't take checks after a certain period. We then offered a money order but since they allowed five days to pass they said they would no longer accept anything. Then, a friend a day after gave them a check and they accepted. I brought this to their attentino and they merely said it was up to their discretion. They were prejudice.

We lived in this complex for a year. During our time there, we saw countless neighbors having drug busts on them, somoene stole from us and when we told the management they did nothing. Pranksters were always knocking on our doors, the refrigerator had bugs in them that over the entire year of living there would not go away. Maintenance never helped, Our a/c was ALWAYS running but the apt. never got below 85 degrees...Also the a/c always sounded like an aquarium. Overall this is our worst experience ever.
