I took my 18 year old son with Autism to get a ID card at this location. The man at the welcome desk was very helpful and respectful to my sons sensory needs and asked if he was okay with the flash photography. He also said we would be next in line to better serve him. The female employee at station 7 was also very kind and supportive and patient waiting for him to sign in the small box. They went above and beyond my every expectation and we both left smiling. Which is a big difference than when I had to go and wait for hours in the past. It was not necessary to be so respectful and accomodating but it renewed my faith that there are people out there in government agencies that understand and respect our unique challenges.
